Terms of service

These terms govern your use of fees.cash and app.fees.cash. By using the service, you accept the terms that apply to your actions.

Last updated 21 October 2026

1What Fees.Cash is

Fees.Cash lets Creators launch memecoins and choose one account for a share of collected creator earnings. Account owners find their earnings, prove ownership and claim under these terms.

The service covers launch, account lookup, proof, wallet linking, claims and Endorse. Telegram uses its separate direct-delivery process. Coin social links describe the project; the chosen fee account determines where its allocated earnings go.

The Docs explain each account class and its proof method.

2What Fees.Cash is not

Memecoins carry the risk of total loss. Fees.Cash provides no investment return, price, income, liquidity, listing or market-visibility guarantee.

Naming an account for fees does not establish that its owner created or approved the coin. Proof, Claim and Endorse concern account control and allocated earnings, not a coin’s safety or value.

Trading takes place through the separate services linked from the app. Keep your private keys and seed phrases private.

3Who can use Fees.Cash

Use Fees.Cash where your activity is lawful and you have the legal capacity to accept these terms. Obtain the required authority before acting for another person or organization.

You are responsible for your actions, the source of your funds and the material you submit. That responsibility continues when a page is accessible or a transaction succeeds.

4No advice and your tax responsibilities

The app and documentation explain the product. They provide general information, rather than personalized financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

You decide whether to launch, trade, claim or publish a statement. Keep your records and meet the reporting and tax duties that apply to you.

5The account and wallet you choose

Check the exact account identity, contract address, token information, share and wallet before signing. Confirm account control and payout-wallet control through their separate proofs.

Your proven Solana wallet signs Claim and Endorse transactions and pays their costs. Review each message and transaction before approving it.

Earlier fees stay with their original identity when a domain or wallet name changes hands. A later domain registration does not inherit the earlier registration’s fee authority. Payout-wallet changes require fresh proof and follow the applicable one-day chain interval.

6Platforms, trading and third parties

Account platforms, sign-in services, wallet-connection services, blockchains, hosting and delivery services perform their respective parts of the service. Their terms and privacy rules apply to that processing and use.

Native Pump launches follow Pump.fun’s trading-fee and graduation rules. Trading services set their own prices, execution and charges. Their availability and results remain outside Fees.Cash’s control.

Account actions require a readable account, the specified ownership proof and the signing or payment access required for that account.

7Costs, allocations and estimates

Fees.Cash charges no launch service fee. The Creator pays actual network fees, required account deposits and any optional initial buy. Claims, Endorse and ownership changes carry their applicable network and account-funding costs.

Review the estimate and final transaction before signing. Costs change with the transaction, and required wallet reserves remain separate from money spent.

Ordinary collected creator earnings are split 10% to Fees.Cash revenue, 15% to $FEES buybacks and burns, 0% to 10% to the Creator and 65% to 75% to the chosen account. The unused part of the Creator allowance stays with that account.

The split also covers other distributable receipts at the collection address, excluding required reserves. It divides collected earnings and receipts, not total trading value. A receipt alone does not establish trading volume.

Telegram payments are made in SOL to the address you submit and confirm in @feescash_bot. Actual collection and payment costs are deducted from your allocation without markup. There is no currency conversion in this payment flow.

Check the full Solana address and net amount before confirming. Your confirmation authorizes payment to that address. A completed blockchain transfer cannot be reversed by Fees.Cash.

8Contract-held funds and recovery

Contracts hold and route allocated funds. Account proof, payout-wallet authority and review decisions govern access to those allocations.

Confirmed blockchain actions are generally irreversible. Recovery of mistaken, unauthorized or failed transfers is not guaranteed, and public-chain history remains permanent.

Prepared, signed, submitted, pending and confirmed describe separate transaction states. Track an uncertain operation before attempting another action. Returned funds require reconciliation before another delivery attempt.

9Limits and availability

Requests, proof and transaction preparation follow abuse-prevention limits. People on the same network share some allowances, and platform waits or outages apply separately.

Use an accepted account type and exact readable identifier, and complete proof before its expiry. Private, ambiguous, unsupported or changed accounts are subject to refusal. Service interruptions and changes to account classes or features affect availability.

Launch, review, payment and recovery times are subject to processing and network conditions. Successful lookup or sign-in completes that step; payment requires the remaining proof, transaction and confirmation steps.

10Claims, Endorse and $FEES

Before completed Endorse, ordinary claims pay 70% of allocated account earnings and hold 30%. The first claim starts a seven-day clock for that coin and account. The Creator share is exempt; Telegram follows its direct-delivery rules.

Endorse requires a signed transaction and approval of a public post backing the coin with its contract address or link. Keep it public for at least 48 hours. The review target is within 48 hours of submission; submission and approval are separate states.

Completed Endorse makes the remaining held earnings claimable and stops future ordinary holds for that coin and account. Claim the available amount to receive it. After seven days without completed Endorse, recorded eligible held earnings enter the weekly coin-buyback-and-burn rule. Execution timing and price effects vary.

Your allocation is a financial interest. You are responsible for your statements and applicable disclosure duties. Claim and Endorse leave those legal responsibilities intact.

$FEES launches with the platform. The ordinary-coin buyback allocation sets neither the platform token’s own allocation nor a guaranteed return or price-support obligation.

11Prohibited use

The following uses are prohibited:

  • fraud, money laundering and other unlawful activity
  • impersonation or forged account, domain, wallet or post proof
  • unauthorized material or false claims of affiliation
  • theft of credentials, private keys, funds or another person’s information
  • evading safeguards, falsifying account matches or replaying expired proof
  • manipulating activity or presenting fabricated earnings, claims or endorsements as genuine
  • disrupting the service or overloading it with automated requests

Fees.Cash restricts or pauses requests to protect accounts, funds and the service, and to meet applicable legal requirements.

12Intellectual property and feedback

Fees.Cash branding, artwork, writing and software remain with their respective rights holders, subject to the applicable licences. Platform and token names and marks identify their owners, without implying partnership or approval.

You retain your rights in submitted material and authorize the processing and public display needed for your requested launch, proof or post review. Submit material you have the right to use. Confirmed token material and public records remain subject to their existing persistence.

Share only feedback you have the right to provide. Fees.Cash uses feedback to inform changes to the service.

13Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fees.Cash is provided as available, without warranties of uninterrupted service, complete accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

Check the source and update status of profiles, estimates, charts, prices and transaction information before relying on them.

Memecoin risks include total loss, volatility, slippage, low liquidity, failed transactions, fraud, compromised accounts and third-party outages. Security measures reduce risk without eliminating it.

14Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fees.Cash and its operators exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses, lost opportunities, lost profits and loss of data arising from use of the service.

Market losses, mistaken accounts or addresses, compromised wallets, third-party execution and irreversible transactions carry no reimbursement guarantee.

Rights, remedies and liabilities protected by mandatory law remain intact.

15Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for third-party claims and reasonable resulting costs caused by your unlawful use, false ownership proof, unauthorized material or breach of these terms.

Mandatory legal protections and remedies continue to apply.

16Suspension and termination

Fees.Cash restricts access or requests where required by law, where ownership proof fails or where conduct threatens the service, accounts or funds.

You can stop using the app and log out of the current browser session. Linked accounts, other sessions, financial history and confirmed transactions remain.

Pending operations and existing conditions on held earnings continue after you stop using the service. Provisions governing existing actions and rights continue where their nature requires it.

17Changes to these terms

The date above identifies this version. Fees.Cash updates these terms as the service and its requirements change.

Read the version that applies before continuing to use the service. Mandatory legal rights remain protected through those changes.

18Disputes

Keep the Error ID, contract address and transaction reference for a disputed action. These details distinguish an account issue, an uncertain operation and a confirmed transaction.

Your mandatory rights and remedies under applicable law remain protected.
